1 General Introduction and Applicability

j baji is an online betting and gaming platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, online casino, and slot games for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all products and services provided through the j baji platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Creating a valid account is required to use j baji's services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You may open an account on j baji if:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are opening the account in your own name (not on behalf of someone else).
• No more than one account exists for the same person.
• No previous ban or restriction has been issued against you on j baji.
• You are using the service voluntarily and are not being pressured by anyone.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide correct details — name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment information — on the registration form. If false or incorrect information is provided, j baji reserves the right to close the account without notice. If your personal details change at any time, you must inform the customer service team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security reasons, j baji may verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Refusal to submit any document may result in the account being restricted or closed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your j baji account secure. Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.

Use a strong password made up of a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters. It is recommended that you do not use the same password on any other site. You should change your password regularly and contact customer service immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the j baji customer service team immediately. j baji is not liable for account theft or hacking, but will assist in resolving the issue.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

j baji supports commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following can be used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, and this applies to all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawals

At the time of withdrawal, it must be confirmed that the depositor's name and the withdrawal account holder are the same person. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. j baji may request additional verification documents if needed.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

If fraud, account violation, or a breach of terms is suspected, j baji reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction. In such situations, the affected member will be notified as far as possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

j baji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own conditions and compliance with those conditions is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

There are several other offers including the weekly j baji Festival (30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering), j baji Slot Fun (50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), and Cricket Season Special (40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering). The minimum deposit for each offer is ৳300.

5.3 General Conditions for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used in specified games or betting sections (as stated in each offer).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus funds are not treated as actual deposited money — they are a playing benefit, not free cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless an offer explicitly permits it.
• j baji may change or cancel any bonus programme at any time at its discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming activities are conducted on the j baji platform. While each section has its own specific rules, the general rules below apply across all areas.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or game session is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, verify all details — match, odds, and amount. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, j baji reserves the right to cancel it.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was finalised. For live betting, j baji may temporarily suspend betting while updating odds in rapidly changing situations.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Rescheduling

If a cricket or football match is cancelled or not completed within the specified timeframe, the related bets are generally refunded. However, section-specific rules will apply in certain situations.

6.4 Slot and Casino Games

Slot game and live casino game results are entirely chance-based and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage represents the theoretical long-term average return for a specific game — it is not a guaranteed result for every session.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j baji platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Repeatedly creating new accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using payment systems or chargebacks to conduct bonus arbitrage.

7.3 Money Laundering

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by j baji

j baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of terms is proven.
• A prohibited activity is detected.
• False or incomplete information has been provided.
• Evidence of financial fraud is found.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account of your own accord, notify the customer service team. Any pending bets or transactions will be settled before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

j baji may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, which will be deducted from the balance. An attempt will be made to contact the user before this rule is applied.
